The former presidential aide to the former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Publisher of Point-Blank News, Mr. Jackson Ude, has alleged that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Judges who sat at Tribunal Judgement and dismissed Peter Obi of Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar petitions, affirmed Bola Tinubu as duly elected president was compromised.
Ude made the revelation on his X handle, @jacksonpbn, on Thursday, Title: “THE ROGUE JUDGES POCKETED $5MILLION EACH, JUSTICE TSAMMANI $7MILLION”.
He said that the rogue Judges of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Judges, who delivered the now infamous judgement affirming Bola Tinubu as President, despite deluge of evidence proofing illegalities received $5Million each, while Justice Haruna Tsammani, who led the Tribunal Judgement got $7million.
The former presidential aide said, a very angry Judge who wouldn’t want to be named revealed that once the Tribunal Judges agreed on the figures, a groundwork to prepare for the Judgement started with the Gadzama Colloquium where Rtd Justice Mary Odili delivered the speech that signaled how the Tribunal Judges would rule. He said Wole Olanikpekun, Nyesom Wike, Festus Keyamo, Babatunde Fashola, Lateef Fagbemi and a few others coordinated the scheme and the bribe money.
According to him, the Judge said already plans have been concluded to give each member of the Supreme Court who will sit on the case $7million each and $10million to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Olukayode Ariwoola.
The angry Judge also confirmed that the Judgement was handwritten and handed over to the Judges and that Justice Tsammani struggled because he was having challenges seeing the writings and some of the wordings.
He said he is not the only angry one amongst the Judges. He said two other Appeal Court Judges were livid with their colleagues especially the way and manner Justice Monsurat Bolaji-Yusuf was insulting the Petitioners. Other Judges on the infamous panel were Justice Stephen Adah, Abba Mohammed, Moses Ugo.
The Tribunal judgement affirming Tinubu as duly elected would go down in history as the worst election petition Judgement especially as the Judges turned blind eyes to issues bothering on his $460k drug crimes forfeiture in the U.S, perjury, forgeries, the 25% FCT requirement, etc. The Judges turned around to blaming and insulting the petitioners and alleging being intimidated and blackmailed on social media.
Mr. Jackson Ude, had alleged that retired justice Mary Odili was working with former Rivers State governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, to twist the outcome of the Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC) in favour of the All-Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
