A group of US senators has sent a letter to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken with concerns about China's role in resolving the conflict in Ukraine. American politicians said that China, by solving the Ukrainian crisis, could undermine the influence of the USA in Europe and greatly harm the European Union and Ukraine. In their view, if Beijing can successfully act as a mediator, it will allow it to intervene in other cases, which threatens US influence in the world. The senators also said China should be prevented from helping Russia.
